Hello. Both my daughters attended Bramley when we resided in Kingswood. This was an excellent school and provided them both with a solid foundation in life. Just thought you may like to know that Dee, now 21, just graduated from Middlesex University with a degree in IT and Business. Jemma, aged 19, is working for Swiisport and has a good career in the Airline Industry. Both girls moved to Spain to continue their education and languages. They have very fond memories of their time at Bramley. Perhaps one day we will all pay you a vist, who knows! Keep up the good work and thank you all.

Hi everyone. I just want to say good luck to all the people in Year 6 this year. There's alot of work to do but once January has passed its great fun to be in Year 6 because you're the stars in the school play! I went to Bramley a few years ago. It seems like ages since I went to school here!
I now go to Woldingham its so good I really like it here. I miss Bramley as I had so many good times there!!!
I still keep in touch with all of my old friends who went to Bramley and I have made loads of new friends at Woldingham too.

I am in my last year of Bramley and have really enjoyed my 5 years here. I used to live in Africa and didn't start reading till I was five. Then I arrived here and every one had started two years before me!!!!

Hi again. Last Friday 06 Tops got together to arrange a reunion. We all met up in Zizzi's. We all had a great meal and we all chatted about how we were getting on in our new schools. I found it a great opportunity to see and talk to my old friends.

It's me again and I can't believe that I have been at Dunottar for a year. Friday 6th July one of the mums organised a get-together for all the old Tops and It was really nice to see everyone and catch up on all the latest gossip. It was good fun and I hope every year we'll do the same. I really miss the dinners and my parents have let me go on packet lunches because the food there isn't the greatest - unlike George and Maria's. Hopefully I will come into Bramley and see what's new and to see everyone. Thank for all you've done for me to gear me up to senior school . Thanks again.

I really must say, to all the year 3 - 6 girls who performed in "The Wind in the Willows" at school this evening, a huge thank you! What a spectacular performance from everyone! Crystal clear words, acting from the heart and lovely singing from all. As a mum, I personally have watched you girls grow during your time at Bramley and your confidence and ability is so natural now ... your teachers must be so proud of what you and they have achieved together. Hello! This is amazing to see so many familiar names in the guestbook. [Hello Krysta and Abbie!] Bramley was filled with fond memories and it's where my love of literature began (especially in Mrs Trumble's and Mrs Johns' classrooms! ) To all the current pupils at Bramley, you are really privileged to be spending your first 7 years of school in such a fabulous school. The teachers are exceptional ; I'd really like to thank Madame Hamiliton and to tell you that last year I studied French literature at the Sorbonne in Paris, which was an incredible opportunity so thank you for teaching me the language! Mrs Thompson was lovely, as well as many others (who could forget Mrs Bishop's needlework and flapjacks?) as well as Rose and Rose's caramel slices which we queued up for on Fridays! I could go on, sorry for the nostalgia! I've been at Nonsuch High School (where many other Bramley girls have gone!) and now studying English Literature and Philosophy at Durham University after a gap year in Paris and Chad. Before this becomes an essay, hope you Bramley girls are enjoying it as much as we did and keep being creative, having fun and wearing the apple-trees with pride!! :-) Love Emma Jones

Hello from us all in our ICT lesson at Greenacre. We are now in year 9, choosing our GCSEs!

I loved Bramley so much...it was a fantatsic school and so many good times were had with my little class of ...u all know who u are! The best bits...Mrs Bishop and the sewing classes - "The bees knees", Rose 1 and Rose 2 cooking us scrummy dinners, Mrs Shorthouse and "40 Boy", the yummy cakes after we played Netball (all the other schools were jealous) chatting with Mrs Butcher, Mrs Harris, Mrs Kennedy and the fantastic school trips to Swanage and France...unforgettable experiences and the best thing of all is the great friends we made and are still in contact with today xx

Visiting your site has brought back lots of good memories. I left in 1983 when boys were still at the school!! I remember the Nativity Plays in Riddle Hall - such fun. I am glad to see the school is still flourishing.

Having left Bramley at Easter 2006 to move with my family to the West Country (Worcestershire) I can say that I really miss it and enjoyed my time in Walton on the Hill. I am really enjoying Dunottar. It is so much fun and my weeks go ever so quickly. It is hard to think that only 3 months ago I was saying all my goodbyes to my friends and teachers after 2 years of excitement at Bramley. I would like to say I am DESPERATE for one of George and Maria's roast dinners and treacle puddings. I am learning 3 languages at the moment - French, Spanish and Latin. After Christmas I will be learning German as well. I am in the A team in netball and Lacrosse. I am in the swimming team as well. In Art at the moment we are studying ethnic art (African masks). In R.S. (R.E.) it is Hinduism, Maths is tally charts (again), English is Shakespeare. In DT we are using really, really dangerous tools. We are using a sander, a drill and even a electric saw. In history - yes, Mrs. Blake? - World War 2 again! Anyway I will keep in touch. Hope to see you in half term!!

Oh my I really really miss Bramley!!!!! We are doing Annie the musical at The Lodge and who knows I might get the main part!!!!! It is so nice at The Lodge because everyone says 'Lily sing with your Annie voice'! The other day these year elevens at lunch came up to me and said 'sing Annie' so I sang and the minute I started ALL the school were silent!!!! The 6th formers were there as well!!

Bramley was an amazing school, and has left many great memories. The Teachers were such an inspiration and the atmosphere created the person I am now. I must have left over ten years ago, going to Sutton High, I am now in my final year of a Textile degree in London. Thanks Mrs. Bishop!

Thankyou to all staff, children and parents, as I passed my two year Foundation Degree yesterday which I could have only done with all of your support.

This school is the best school ever in the world. I love it and I will be sad to leave.

My experience in Bramley School has been an exciting and wonderful time. Although I will be sad to say goodbye to everyone I look forward to becoming a pupil at Sutton High.

Bramley was the most amazing school, and I will never forget my years there, some of the happiest of my life. I am in the middle of sitting my A-levels now, and I heard from an old classmate today, which prompted me to pop up a message and see if I hear from any others! It would be fantastic!

As an ex-pupil I valued most the wonderful people I met at Bramley, girls and teachers alike. The sport was always fantastic (who can forget the legendary rounders team of '98?) Since leaving Bramley I joined Reigate Grammar School and then Epsom College in 2000. I am currently an undergraduate at University College London studying neuroscience - an aspiring brain surgeon I hasten to add! Thanks to everyone at the school who made it such a magical place. I have so, so many fond memories.

Hello there. I'm a past pupil and went to Bramley in 1978-80 (Middles & Tops)! Our head teacher then was Mrs Soulsby and she was great! I also rmember Mrs Brown for Maths and Mrs Butcher for French. I loved my time at Bramley and looking at the website and comments on this page it looks like all the girls still do! Keep up the good work!! x

VERY, VERY, old student. Bramley taught me the confidence to move countries swiftly and easily. I moved to Canberra, Australia in 1988 when I was 10 years old. I'm trying to contact old friends and family, with no luck. Anyone with any information on what happened to Mrs Brown or the villages much loved Bishy (Mrs Biship) I would love to hear from. Am sincerely thankful that Bramley has stood the test of time, still giving students the chance to reach all their potential. Would love to hear from any old students or teachers.

I really have enjoyed my time at Bramley. I don't want to leave. I especially liked the sport(P.E). I've taken a sport scholarship for Box Hill, but haven't got any news yet.
On the 7th and 8th of Febuary 2006 the Bramley netball team played Dunottar and Micklefield. We won both matches. I hope Bramley dosen't change.

Hello! I was at Bramley 12 years ago! I absolutely loved it! Wonderful school! Lots of marvellous memories! After living and studying Law in Belgium and Spain, I am now back in the UK doing a postgraduate degree at Kings College London in European Law! Hello Bramley! It has been 7 years since I left, but it seems like yesterday. I'm in my last year at Sutton High (I recommend it to any Tops or Uppers thinking of applying, I've loved it!), only 3 more weeks to go before my last day of school ever! Both my daughters, who still miss everyone at Bramley, have recently left to continue their education at Tanglin Trust School in Singapore. The wonderful teaching and fantastic confidence building performances in Bramley's many plays, has given them the opportunity to settle into their new environment in an international school, perfectly.
I'd also like to say a big hello to all the fabulous teachers past and present.

It was lovely to hear from you, Clare. Bramley continues to be a thriving school, with the girls now starting French from five years. Mrs Butcher kept in regular touch with the school and celebrated her 104th birthday last year. After a long and amazing life, she died in the summer of 2004. Her commitment to French teaching at Bramley leaves a lasting legacy. We're very glad to hear that you fulfilled your dream.

I started Bramley as a four-year old in 1967 and became head girl before I left. My best friends were Catherine Clancy and Joanna Carruthers. My favourite lesson was French and we had Mrs Butcher, a French lady, come in and give us lessons every week - I loved French and went on to do it at 'A' Level and am now, many years later, living in France with my husband and 2 children. My dream come true.

I would like to say HI to everyone at Bramley School. I left to move to singapore and was very sad to leave Bramley.When I think back on Bramley I think its just like another big family to me. Everyone is so happy and you know everyone in the school!!!!!

Helen Crisp is my daughter and just wanted to say that she enjoyed her time at Bramley immensely. It gave her such a good start to her education which is being carried on at Nonsuch. She still returns on Mondays for her guitar lesson with Mr Rayner - no problem making her do that lesson!! Keep up the good work.

Hello Bramley. How are you all? I am fine here in Sweden.The first snow came 19th November. It is good in Sigtuna and my school is called St Pers School. I am missing Bramley very much and all of you.

Hello to everyone now at Bramley. I went to Bramley about 12 years ago and graduated from Loughborough University last year, gaining a degree in Sociology. I enjoyed every minute of being at Bramley, it was and is a fantastic school. Hello to Mrs Stevenson (as I knew her, now Mrs Cherrie) and Mrs Taylor who i believe are both still there.

Thank you to all my friends, I am in my ict class at the moment at Rosebery which is great! I'm having the best time of my life here! Anyway thank you to all my friends.

Saved a small fortune on school uniform at the sale yesterday. Shopping made easy by the FOB with all items clearly labelled and sorted in sizes. Marvellous. Thanks.

Just to say how much my daughter is enjoying her new class (Year 3) and how very happy she is to have Mr. Perkins as her form tutor. She has started guitar lessons with Mr. Rayner and is extremely keen. I would like to thank him, and of course Mrs. Burgess for making this possible. It's wonderful for these little girls to have so many opportinuties to learn musical instruments. The prep. club also is a big hit with my daughter and makes the guitar lessons logistically easy for me! A big thank you.

As a parent I can truthfully say that we couldn't have chosen a better school. Even now as I drive past, I lovingly remember the the happiest of times. My daughter Alex still keeps in touch with her Bramley friends-and so do I! We're all proud of Bramley.

Hi! I am now at the end of my third year at Nonsuch! Bramley was great and I still keep in touch with some of my old friends!

Hi!! Its been, well must be nearly six years since I left Bramley - and I continue to look back with fond memories. As I do my GCSE's now, my baby sister may be joining Bramley - becoming something of a family tradition. Wanted to say hello to all of the teachers who taught me when I was little, thankyou all so much!

Hi again! I have recently been back to Bramley twice to visit and help out and also to see the little ones' play Cinderella. I thought the play was fantastic and I would like to say well done to Mrs Hamilton, Mrs Mcleash and Mrs Dearlove. You really work hard. I can remember when I used to do all of the plays but I was so scared that I would hide under a chair and refuse to do my part. I am sure Mrs Hamilton would remember. Anyway, I have got to go. I left this school 2 years ago. I was head girl and am now really enjoying myself at Wycombe Abbey. I really enjoyed my last year in Tops and will always remember playing Alderman Greedy in the school play!

I left bramley 3 years ago and am now at Sutton High. Bramley gave me a great start in life and I'm still in touch with some of the girls. I am an ex-Bramley student and I really enjoyed seeing this website! I was there for 8 years and loved every moment. I'm not sure that the staff always loved every moment of me! Hope the new head is as good as Mrs. Johns was for us!

I'm an ex bramley student, now at Epsom College. Bramley gave me a great start in life and I'm still in contact with a lot of the girls I met there. I especially want to say hello to Mrs Taylor and I'm sure she'll remember me and the school trips we experienced with her!

I used to go here. It was fun when we went to Dorset and France. I fell off my bike and was a star at French lessons. I miss bramley a lot but I miss Mrs Trumble the most.
